1. PURPOSE AND METHOD OF DATA PROCESSING
1.1 As a result of accessing and browsing the Site, including via links from other websites, data relating to identified or identifiable persons may be processed.
1.2 The aforementioned data processing following navigation on the Site may be carried out by the manager Armando Ferrari and his collaborators as managers (hereinafter, “Managers”) or persons in charge of the processing of personal data.
1.3 Such data may also become aware of or be disclosed to operators who are responsible for maintaining the IT systems and updating the Site, as Data Processors or persons in charge of data processing.
1.4 The data could also be communicated to Police Forces, to public control Authorities, etc. by virtue of legal provisions.

2. TREATMENT OF NAVIGATION DATA
2.1 The computer system and software used to operate the Site acquire some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
2.2 This is information that is not collected to be associated with identified interested parties, but which, due to its express nature, could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow Users to be identified.
2.3 This category of data includes parameters relating to the operating system and the IT environment of the User such as, by way of example but not limited to, the IP addresses or domain names of the computers used by the Users of the Site and the addresses in URI notation. (Uniform Resource Identifier) of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response and the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.).
2.4 These data are used for the sole purpose of obtaining anonymous statistical information on the use of the Site and to check its correct functioning and are deleted immediately after processing.

3. TREATMENT OF DATA PROVIDED OPTIONALLY

(a) the origin of personal data; (b) of the purposes and methods of the processing; (c) of the logic applied in case of processing carried out with the aid of electronic tools; (d) the identification details of the owner (hereinafter, “Owner”), of the Managers and of the designated representative pursuant to Article 5, paragraph 2 of the Code; (e) the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the territory of the State, managers or agents.
6.3 Users have the right to obtain:
(f) updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data; (g) the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed; (h) the attestation that the operations referred to in two points (f) and (g) above have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible or involves the use of means manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.
6.4 Users have the right to object, in whole or in part:
