Phases of the Syncroplast Method:

Co-design Engineering

We actively collaborate with the client’s design team and our engineering department to optimize the product to the fullest. Thanks to this synergy, we are able to create customized solutions that fully meet the client’s needs.

Analysis

We conduct an in-depth analysis of mold filling using specialized software. This allows us to identify any potential issues or defects in the production process, ensuring the highest quality of the final product.

Mold Manufacturing

With expertise and precision, we manufacture the mold according to the design specifications established in the first phase.

Mold Testing

Before proceeding with part molding, we perform rigorous testing of the mold to verify its functionality and effectiveness, as well as dimensional evaluation to ensure the required precision.

Part Molding

Using the most advanced molding technologies, we transform the plastic material into the specific part required, ensuring consistent and reliable quality.

Assembly

Once the part is molded, we proceed with the assembly and packaging of the product, ensuring it is ready for distribution and final use.

Delivery

Our in-house delivery capability and collaboration with reliable national couriers enable us to ensure timely and precise delivery, guaranteeing complete customer satisfaction.
